Curacao has a strong offshore banking and financially focused infrastructure, and that was certainly apparent in the GTBets offices as well. The GTBets office building was clean and elegant, located in a newly restored historical land-house. Their setup in the building consisted of a neatly arranged service center, which was occupied by 70 working stations for their customer service, risk management, deposit, payout, fraud, platinum support and sales teams. Modest executive offices looked into the service center through frosted glass. The atmosphere was friendly and staff seemed extremely professional. Most of their staff is fluent in English, Spanish, Dutch and Papiamentu (the native language of Curacao), so there is no shortage of linguists amongst their staff!
