NFL Player Props And Picks

Please note that player props odds, yardages and promotions vary more greatly at leading online sportsbooks. Do your best to shop various props, odds and options. We're 4-0 on official Week 4 player props, and 2-0 in Week 3.

Dallas at NY Jets - We'll try the winless Jets as home 'Dog again after losing last week to Miami despite 404 yards offense, 197 rushing and out-gaining the Dolphins by more than 100 total yards - for the second time this season. Jets Cowboys free pickBumbling Bro QB Fields not too equipped to take advantage passing against the Cowboys soft zone, but he'll get the ball to WR Garrett Wilson more when RB Breece Hall isn't pounding the ground with Fields adding rushing yards. The Jets are No. 3 in the league in rushing at 144 ypg, and both teams have similar rush defense yards below average. But Dallas' defense is dead last allowing 420 yards per game, and 33 points per game is at the bottom with Baltimore. The Jets defense has yet to force a turnover, which has also led to a league-worst -7 turnover differential. But the Cowboys injuries to WR Cee Dee Lamb and likely three offensive linemen out this week make Dallas a non-desireable road favorite, especially with a deficient defense. The Jets penalties have been a problem ranking bottom-5 in the league (72 ypg). Clean it up, and get the win.

Tennessee at Arizona - The Titans (0-4) remain winless and 0-10 run dating to last season. Tennessee has yet to reach 300 yards offense in a game this season, but neither have the Cardinals (2-2) while also getting out-gained in all four games. Cardinals Titans free pickLooks like a big number to lay, but the Cardinals have extra prep and rest off a Thursday home loss to Seattle, their second straight loss on the final play of the game. Arizona also has a +1.6 net yards per play differential and +65 net run differential in this matchup, pointing to a margin win. Add Cardinals to teasers as the end of the line is near for Titans coach Callihan with a rookie Bro QB who can't find his way and faces a Cardinals defense that has held opposing quarterbacks to a 54.9 passer rating on third down - third best in the league and second-lowest rate in explosive plays. The Titans are brutal and bad, and here are more numbers to back it up from Sharp Football.

- Tennessee is averaging -103.5 fewer passing yards than their opponents, the worst margin in the league.
- 14.8% of Tennessee's plays on offense have gained 10 or more yards, ranking 29th in the league.
- The Titans are averaging 17.7 yards per possession, the fewest through four games for a team since the 2018 Bills (17.0 yards per drive).
- 58.7% of Tennessee's sets of downs have reached third down, the highest rate in the league, and the worst third down conversion rate, 27.8%. Plus the highest rate (37%) of third and long (7 yards or more).

Player Props

Eagles RB Saquon Barkley: Over 16.5 receiving yards (up slightly late week).

Again, add over 2.5 receptions for 1/2 unit, or 3.5 at reduced juice

We cashed in our 4-0 Week 4 player props with Eagles star RB Saquon Barkley over his receiving yards, and also added over receptions as he finished with 4 receptions for 31 yards. Back on Barkley this week again at home against a solid Broncos defense, but opportunities in the screen and short passing game again. The Eagles are 4-0 despite being out-gained in all four games. NFL preview picks Week 5Eagles QB Hurts is last in the NFL with 152.3 passing yards per game, but Philly opened up in the first half last week with a 71.4% dropback rate in the first half (fifth highest in league last week) while connecting on 15 of 16 attempts for 130 yards (8.1 Y/A) with a pair of touchdowns in the 31-25 win at Tampa Bay. The Broncos run defense may dictate more passing and short, quicker passes to offset the rush as Denver has a league-best 47.1% pressure rate while ranking third in sack rate (10.1%) and sixth in blitz rate (34.4%). Barkley's explosive plays and averages are down sharply from last year while facing a stacked box 50% on first down and 33.3% on other downs , but he's still averaging nearly 23 touches per game overall - second in the league.

Check back Saturday for more posted plays with the player props 6-0 the past two weeks plus additional recommendations as opinions that went 3-0. Engagement in the players and games with better opportunities to win.
