The Off Shore Gaming Association (OSGA) is an independent "watchdog" agency that monitors the Offshore Sportsbook, Casino and Poker Industry in an effort to provide the public with information if they choose to wager online.

We are resolved to keeping the philosophy that there are safe places for online entertainment. Because of the climate in the industry today people need to have additional information on offshore sportsbooks, online casinos and Internet poker rooms from an outside source. An educated consumer needs to know where to gain conclusive information for online gaming.

We are a professional consumer-driven service and are supported by our members. We provide objective opinions, based on your feedback, independent research, phone calls, tips and inside news. We offer dispute mediation for the unregulated Internet gambling industry, assistance that thousands have relied since 1998. We at the Off shore Gaming Association started this business with the customer in mind.

H.R. 2267 provides the framework needed to legalize, regulate and tax Internet gambling. This bill would make gambling on the Internet legal in the United States.
