The Denver Broncos go without Von Miller as they take on the Tennessee Titans in Monday Night Football action.

Ever since Peyton Manning announced his retirement, the Denver Broncos have been searching for a worthy replacement. And they have been through several people. But they believe they may finally have located someone to take them into the future. BetAnySports customers can take a look at how that's turning out when they see the Broncos take on the Tennessee Titans in the second half of ESPN's Monday night doubleheader, beginning at 10:10 PM ET.

They'll kick off at Empower Field at Mile High, and patrons of BAS will be able to get reduced juice for better value in their wagers. And then after the game begins, they can stay very much in the action through the magic of Sports Betting Prime.

Drew Lock was Denver's second-round draft pick in 2019, and the team was biding its time in giving him the starting job. But it was coming, and Lock gave every indication that he was going to justify their enthusiasm. They won four of their last five games with him behind center, so there is the expectation that he can take things to the next step.

And they are doing whatever they can to help make that happen. With the emergence of Courtland Sutton as a viable, 1000-yard receiver, head football executive John Elway felt adding even more speed would give Lock and Broncos a good chance to stretch the field. So Jerry Jeudy of Alabama, considered by many to be the best wideout in the draft, went in the first round, with KJ Hamler of Penn State going in the second. Noah Fant already has the potential to be one of the league's better tight ends. And on top of all this, the Broncos filled out the backfield with Melvin Gordon, who had worn out his welcome, apparently, with the Chargers. Remember that Denver already had Phillip Lindsay and Royce Freeman on hand.

So that's not too bad at all.

In the Monday Night Football betting odds posted by BetAnySports on this game, the Broncos are the underdogs:

Tennessee Titans -3 (-120)
Denver Broncos +3 (+100)

Over 41 points -110
Under 41 points -110

The Broncos are catching points for a couple of reasons. One of them is that they will be missing Von Miller for this game. When you don't have the former Super Bowl MVP, one of the top pass rushers in the game, that's a problem. They also won't have the aforementioned Sutton, who has a shoulder injury.

And if you want another reason, it's that many people feel the Titans are a team that is close to being a genuine Super Bowl challenger. The fact is, they made it to the AFC title game last season. Derrick Henry became a punishing presence in the backfield, dominating the opposition in the second half of the season. The real transformation took place when head coach Mike Vrabel made the decision to bench Marcus Mariota and replace him with Ryan Tannehill, who went on to become the league's highest-rated passer, completing 70% of his throws. But for Tennessee to go anywhere they will need something close to a repeat performance from both Henry and Tannehill.

Denver will have to slow down the run game here. They were around the middle of the pack in 2019, then added former Titan Jurrell Casey for help. Chris Harris is also gone from the secondary, but in comes AJ Bouye. And a lot of this is about the personnel fitting the coverage schemes of head coach Vic Fangio, who came to this job with a reputation as a pretty good defensive architect.

Now that it looks as if they are capable of putting some points on the board, the Broncos could be very dangerous.

And it's well worth grabbing the points with them here.
