It's playoff time, and we've got some insight - we hope - on some fof the props that have been posted on the game between the Los Angeles Rams and Arizona Cardinals.

It's a big occasion, I guess, as the NFL is playing a first-round playoff game on Monday night. And so you'll have to get yourself sharp when it comes to NFC playoff props for the game between the Arizona Cardinals and the Los Angeles Rams (8:15 PM ET, ESPN).

You can bet these at BetOnline, on Prop Builder, one of the great inventions of all time. You can even construct your own props, so there's no reason for you to be lacking for action, all the way up until the Super Bowl!

NFC Playoff Props -- Cooper Kupp: Receptions

Over 8.5 Receptions -108
Under 8.5 recptions - 120

The thing about Cooper Kupp is that you're not going to keep him down for very long. He had only five receptions for 46 yards in the first meeting between these two teams, as Arizona obviously constructed a scheme to pay extra attention to him.

But when it comes down to it, every team in the NFL pays extra attention to Kupp, who has been targeted 191 times and caught 145 passes for a 76% catch rate. With 1947 yards, relatively close to hitting a mark that no other receiver in NFL history had touched.

Coming back for Week 14, a 30-23 Rams victory, Kupp caught 13 passes for 123 yards. I really don't want to get caught going under with him. So, OVER

NFC Playoff Props -- Sony Michel: Rushing Yards

Over 60.5 Yards -114
Under 60.5 Yards -114

Things really started to pick up for Michel when we had to pick up some of the slack for Darrell Henderson. And in five of the last six games he played, he exceeded this posted total. On the season, Michel has 845 rushing yards.

Remember that one of the basic precepts of the Mike Shanahan-influenced offense, of which Rams coach Sean McVay is an advocate, includes running the football. It's what really makes play-action work. Admittedly you don't have to do that as much with Matthew Stafford as you did with Jared Goff, but in this particular instance, there is a weakness in the Arizona defense that can be exploited; namely, that they allowed 4.6 yards per rushing attempt.

And, as an added highlight, they were dead last in preventing explosive running plays. So you might say that this total is always going to be very much alive.

We might also add that Michel is a guy who's had some postseason experience, from his days with the New England Patriots. OVER

NFC Playoff Props at BetOnline -- AJ Green: Receiving Yards

Over 47.5 Yards -114
Under 47.5 Yards -114

We certainly talk about the absence of DeAndre Hopkins as a key factor in this game, but the truth is, he only caught a little over four passes per contest for an average 13.6 yards per reception. If Kyler Murray is going to work the ball downfield β€” that is, if he gets the time β€” we think the guy he'll seek out most is AJ Green, the former All-Pro for the Bengals who has averaged 15.7 yards per reception. Green had 86 receiving yards the last time these two teams met in Week 14. OVER

NFC Playoff Props -- Kyler Murray: Pass Completions

Over 24.5 Completions -114
Under 24.5 Completions -114

The Cardinals make it a point to run the football; they are ninth in the league in rushing yards and 10th in rushing play percentage. So you know that they would like to use James Conner extensively. But his rib injuries may prevent him from carrying too heavy a load, and Chase Edmonds does his best work catching passes out of the backfield.

So we wouldn't be all that surprised to see Kyler Murray are the ball out more than usual. And of course, he wasright near the top when it comes to accuracy (69%). OVER
