It's time to tee it up and make your bets for the U.S. Open. The 2024 betting preview will include course information on historic Pinehurst No. 2 for the most demanding and challenging tournament of the year.
I provided an odds update last month and an initial preview of Pinehurst No. 2 at Pinehurst Resort. Now it's time to review the stats, updated odds at leading online sportsbook BetUS, and chip-in some tournament matchups and a few props beyond what we'll bet before and during the tournament.
You can get more insight into course No. 2 and additional information you can bet on in my U.S. Open preview at Forbes.

Key Stats and Course
The Donald Ross masterpiece and hole-by-hole restoration ahead of the 2014 U.S. Open at Pinehurst shows so many sides of the strategic choices and challenges at Pinehurst No. 2. A decade later, a severe and stiff challenge awaits with the bermuda turtleback greens providing the most difficult challenge of the year on Tour along with the very firm and fast conditions. Beyond some of the key strokes gained stats, players will need to overcome mental obstacles which are provided in this video and outlined in my additional course and U.S. Open coverage in Forbes.
A "very imaginative and inventive short game" is needed, says Rory McIlroy.
