Betting tips and predictions for Week 4 NFL action

After three weeks, the cream is starting to rise to the top, despite the Chiefs losing to the Colts last week. Week 4 brings some excellent opportunities and I have a free pick on those Colts game this week. My partner on the Winners Circle video sports betting podcast, Doug Upstone, takes a looks at Saints vs. Vikings game, from London, and we offer up some NFL betting advice for Week 4.

Titans at Colts Preview and Pick
Both of these teams have been a bit disappointing so far in 2022. The Colts however, have gained a bit of momentum, with last week's win over the Chiefs. The Titans are 1-2 and have not yet given me any reason to  back them. This is a game of two running backs, with Derrick Henry and Johnathan Taylor on the field. Taylor is currently 4th in yards, while the Titans have not been able to get the running game going.

Colts TItans free pickIndy's defense has been very good vs. the run this year, while the Tennessee defense has struggled. Indianapolis has given up just 77 yards per game on the ground and 2.6 yards per rushing attempt. The Titans have given up 145 yards per game on the ground, while allowing a whopping 5.8 yards per rushing attempt. In light of these stats, look for a big game from Taylor on Sunday and give me the Colts -3 over the Titans.

Saints at Vikings Preview and Pick
Vikings free pick London Minnesota's strength is obviously their offense. Behind Kirk Cousins, they are ranking as the #11 offense and wideouts Justin Jefferson and Adam Theilen are already having great seasons. Having RB Dalvin Cook get untracked would get the Vikings to the next level in terms of offense. Still, their D has and still is an issue. They are 30th in yards allowed giving up 4.7 yards per carry and allowed a whopping 24 point last week to the Detroit Lions.

New Orleans Saints betting advice pickThe Saints just haven't really performed like most of us thought. If they lose this game they will be 1-3 and in trouble. The Vikings opened as -1.5 point favorites and that number quickly jumped to 3 at many of the top online sportsbooks. Part of the reason is that they are banged up. Jameis Winston is most likely out and top receiver Michael Thomas has been ruled out. Other stars Kamara, Taysom Hill and Landry are all questionable. Currently at BetAnySports, the Vikings are posted as a -2.5 favorite.

This is a great betting matchup and Doug offers much more info and his free pick in the video
