Feedback Notes:
A player contacted us as he had placed a wager on the total of a baseball game. A few hours later it was announced that there was a pitching change. The player checked his account and his wager was still in the system. He then called to make sure that he had a 'Live Bet'. The clerk assured him that this was an active wager. After the game was over the wager was graded 'no action'. At this book all baseball totals are for 'listed pitchers'...

Outcome of Situation/Reason for Feedback: 
Once the players' situation was brought to the attention of the head of Customer Service the player was given a free play. However, the player was told that all future wagers on baseball totals will be 'listed ptichers'. The players account was credited with a free play in the amount he would have cashed on the wager, the same day.
