Feedback Notes:
A player contacted us with a depositing issue he was having with a sportsbook. The player sent the proper amount for the sportsbook to cover his fees, however the sportsbook did not cover the players fees right away and the player contact OSGA for help with this matter.
After we contacted the sportsbook on the player’s behalf, the issue was resolved and the player received a $100 freeplay for compensation for the inconvenience.
