Feedback Notes:
A player contacted us as he had been watiing on a payout from a casino for over a month. He checked with us and we had him email us the details and chat transcripts. He used a promotional chip to start with, met all of the requirements and was told several times that his control number was not ready....for three weeks.

Outcome of Situation/Reason for Feedback: 
Once the players' situation was brought to the attention of our Sportsbook Advocate contact was made with the casino. We did not receive any confirmation from the casino that our mail had been received. The player contacted the casiino again and told them that he had initiated a complaint with OSGA. His money arrived three days later.
